ABELINA MADRID SHAW 

Abelina M. Shaw currently practices law in the State of Hawaii and is the former Chief of Staff to Mayor Jeremy Harris, Office of the Mayor of the City & County of Honolulu. She is a graduate of the University Of Hawaii School Of Law. She received her Masters in Communications and Bachelors in Education from the University of Hawaii. Her work experience includes serving as the Judiciary Administrative Staff Attorney for the Supreme Court, Deputy Director of the Department of Health, Special Assistant to the Governor in Human Resources, Deputy Attorney General, Law Clerk to Associate Supreme Court Justice, Benjamin Menor, Legal Aid Intern, Law Clerk at the Law Firm of Ashford & Wriston, Instructor at the University of Hawaii, Director of Department of Community Services, City & County of Honolulu and First Deputy of the Office of the Corporation Council, City & County of Honolulu.
